Puppy concerned in attacking 3-year-aged girl in Outdated City Spring is now in custody, no fees filed from operator

SPRING, Texas (KTRK) — A puppy at the middle of an investigation following it little bit a 3-yr-old lady at a cafe in Old City Spring is now in custody and at the Montgomery County Animal Shelter.

Also, the Harris County Sheriff’s Workplace instructed ABC13 they have not spoken to the dog’s proprietor, but say proof will be presented to the district attorney’s place of work for opportunity fees.

According to the sheriff’s workplace, investigators know who the lady is, but they have not been ready to make direct speak to with her.

The Waldroup loved ones reported they took their 3-year-aged daughter, Ronin, to the Loose Caboose in Old City Spring. As the minor woman entered the cafe a number of methods forward of her family in the line to get foods, the Waldroup family members said a pet carrying a support vest little bit her face.

In a new surveillance movie received by ABC13 on Tuesday, the female and the doggy are viewed strolling down the sidewalk with the girl’s father, James Waldroup, going for walks not significantly guiding her. The video clip does not include things like audio, but system language suggests an exchange between the two.

“There was an incident,” James recalled stating to the dog’s handler. “[I said,] ‘You are unable to go away. My daughter is bleeding in a restroom and you are working down the highway.'”
The lady then bought in a automobile with a man and still left.

The incident remains less than investigation and no criminal charges have been submitted versus the owner.
