Recipe: Rodney Scott’s Smoked Chicken

2 whole chickens (3 to 4 pounds every), spatchcocked and halved by way of the breastbone (a whole of 4 halves)

4 cups Rodney’s Sauce (recipe follows)

Recommendations: Hearth up your grill to involving 225 and 250 levels.
