SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – A Sparks gentleman remained jailed Sunday early morning on a felony cost of hurting an animal just after he allegedly shot a pet dog at the Sparks Marina Saturday night that experienced gotten out of its collar.
Harold Neil Miller, 57, was also booked on three gross misdemeanor counts of firing a gun where by men and women could be endangered.
The Sarks Law enforcement Division claimed it been given numerous 911 calls Saturday about 6:11 p.m. Two puppies were included in a combat at the Sparks Marina and a gentleman strolling a massive puppy fired various shots and continued west by means of the Sparks Marina.
It was not crystal clear from the police statement if the dog getting walked by the man was associated in the fight. Law enforcement also did not listing the issue of the pet dog that was shot. Law enforcement were not offered for comment Sunday morning.

Law enforcement identified Miller in the vicinity of Western Village and detained him without having incident.
“Miller cooperated with the investigation and admitted to shooting the victim’s canine after it experienced run out of its collar,” law enforcement claimed.
